In this role, you will be a key driver of COG Pharma's growth across Florida — developing and managing an assigned territory of independent pharmacies and veterinary hospitals. You'll represent one of South Florida's fastest-growing pharmaceutical wholesale distributors and be on the front lines of connecting healthcare providers with the medications their patients need.
You will
- Proactively prospect and promote COG Pharma's wholesale catalog to independent pharmacies, pharmacy chains, and veterinary hospitals across your assigned Florida territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers — pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, and practice managers — to drive loyalty and repeat business
- Execute a structured sales approach by securing commitments on every call and visit to maximize territory revenue and engagement
- Leverage knowledge of pharmaceutical products, pricing, and supply chain to consult with clients and customize solutions based on their inventory and patient need.
Essential Requirements
- 2+ years of pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, or B2B sales experience
- Valid license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory, including occasional evenings or weekends
- Must reside within or near assigned territory boundaries
Desired Requirements
- Existing network or relationships with Florida pharmacies or veterinary clinics
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical wholesale, drug distribution, or supply chain operations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Documented history of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
