1. Project Vision

Our goal is to introduce and establish our philosophy, products, and method across the USA and Canada

markets, building a strong and recognizable presence within four key channels:

  • Gelato chains
  • Ice cream industry
  • Ice cream chains
  • Pastry and dessert shops

The selected candidate will initially take on an operational and commercial role, with a clear growth path

toward becoming Head of North America.

2. Role Overview

Phase 1 – Training & Alignment

  • Gain a deep understanding of our company philosophy, values, and working methods
  • Learn in detail about our products, applications, and competitive advantages
  • Participate in technical and commercial training sessions

Phase 2 – Market Development

  • Identify and engage potential clients across the target markets
  • Present products and solutions using a consultative sales approach
  • Provide technical and commercial support to initial clients
  • Attend trade shows, events, and networking activities

Phase 3 – Consolidation & Leadership

  • Independently manage the USA and Canada markets
  • Coordinate potential local collaborators
  • Develop strategic partnerships with chains, distributors, and manufacturers
  • Define growth strategies and annual objectives

  • Must already hold a valid Green Card and a passport suitable for international travel
  • Languages required: English, Spanish , Portuguese (is a plus)
