Investor Relations / Marketing Associate (Real Estate)

Growing real estate investment firm is seeking an Investor Relations / Marketing professional to support capital raising initiatives, investor engagement, and marketing activities across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising initiatives and investor outreach efforts
• Coordinate investor communications, follow-ups, and relationship management
• Assist with pitch decks, offering materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Help execute brand positioning and investor engagement strategies
• Track investor activity and maintain CRM systems and pipeline updates
• Partner with leadership on capital raise initiatives and strategic marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Approximately 7–10 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising support, marketing, real estate, private equity, or investment management
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Experience supporting capital raising or investor engagement activities preferred
• Understanding of real estate investments and investment concepts
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High-visibility opportunity with strong growth potential supporting an entrepreneurial and expanding real estate investment platform.
