Ready to launch your career in sales? We're looking for a customer-focused, organized professional to join a growing team supporting luxury residential and commercial construction projects throughout South Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, retail, showroom sales, administrative support, or project coordination who wants to build a long-term career in inside sales.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers with product information, quotes, and order processing
- Support contractors, designers, builders, architects, and homeowners throughout their projects
- Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams
- Track orders, deliveries, and project timelines
- Maintain accurate customer and project records
- Help resolve order issues while providing outstanding customer service
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- 1+ year of customer service, sales support, administrative, retail, or showroom experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
- Interest in construction, interior design, home improvement, or luxury products is highly desirable
