The Role
This is a high-autonomy, fully remote position starting on a performance-first structure. We are looking for an independent hunter to own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. To reward proven performance, this role transitions into a hybrid Fixed Salary + Commission structure once you demonstrate your ability to consistently generate leads and close deals.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Identify, source, and engage high-value B2B leads.
- Deal Closing: Run product presentations, handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts.
- Pipeline Management: Independently manage your pipeline without needing a manager to track your daily activity.
- Market Alignment:Understand client pain points and position our software as the definitive solution.

Compensation & Benefits
Performance-to-Fixed Pathway: Start on a percentage commission structure. Once you prove your capabilities by closing initial deals, you will unlock a guaranteed fixed base salary in addition to your ongoing sales commissions.
