Job Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Resolve project-related issues and mitigate risks effectively.
• Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes and regulations.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
