Compliance Analyst

I’m partnering with a well-established financial institution on a Compliance Analyst opening—ideal for someone early in their compliance career who wants broad, hands-on exposure.

This role supports the full compliance function, including monitoring/testing, regulatory research, audits, and policy/procedure work.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist with compliance monitoring, testing, and reporting
• Support audits, regulatory exams, and internal reviews
• Research and interpret consumer compliance regulations
• Help maintain policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
• Partner cross-functionally with lending, operations, and leadership

What they’re looking for

• 1+ years in compliance, audit, risk, or banking operations
• Exposure to consumer regulations (Reg Z, Reg B, RESPA, UDAAP, etc.) is a plus
