Order Fulfillment Specialist

Position Summary

Bryan Medical is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to support order processing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management at our Fairfax location.

Responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders
• Submit purchase orders to vendors
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory replenishment
• Verify incoming shipments and identify nonconforming goods
• Stock inventory and maintain warehouse organization
• Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain shipping supplies and support general operations as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or inventory management preferred
• ERP experience preferred; Fishbowl is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Schedule and Compensation

• Full-time hourly role, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Pay based on experience
