About the Role
We are seeking a Mandarin Bilingual Legal Assistant to join our team in Pasadena, Santa Ana, or Dallas.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience working in a legal environment and possess strong organizational, communication, and client service skills. While immigration law experience is preferred, we are eager to train exceptional candidates who bring strong legal foundations, a client-focused mindset, and a passion for building a long-term career in immigration law.
In this role, you will support attorneys and legal staff with case preparation, document management, client communication, and administrative case support. You will play an important role in ensuring cases move efficiently through the legal process while providing outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare immigration forms, applications, petitions, and supporting documentation
- Draft client correspondence and declarations under attorney supervision
- Organize and maintain accurate electronic and physical case files
- Monitor case deadlines and assist with case tracking
- Communicate with clients to gather documentation and provide case updates
- Translate documents and assist with client communication in Mandarin and English
- Coordinate with government agencies regarding case status as directed
- Ensure documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with filing requirements
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to support efficient case management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal field required i n a role involving case management, client service, document preparation, or other responsibilities measured through performance metrics and productivity standards.
- Immigration law experience is highly preferred, although exceptional candidates with strong legal experience and a demonstrated track record of meeting performance goals will be considered for training.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with clearly defined expectations, deadlines, and performance objectives.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (required)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using legal case management systems (e.g. PracticePanther, Lawmatics)
- Authorization to work in the United States (required)
