Facility Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor will be responsible for the Safe and Efficient operation of the Facility during the assigned shift, including the monitoring the boilers, turbines and steam plant. While accomplishing this, the facility shift supervisor will make several rouitine tour of the plant and supervise the work of the operators. The shift supervisor is the one responsible for the technical training of all personnel on his assigned shift. Qualified candidates should have 3 years experience in facility operations. Salary to $157,500 + $20,000 Sign on bonus and be eligible for year end bonus up to 13%. The employee is also eligble to participate in the companies benefit program including life insurance, Health Insurance and companies 401k plan. You will be entitled to 120 days of paid time off.
