Senior Accounts Payable Manager

We are partnering with a company in the Medford, MA area who is looking to add a Senior Accounts Payable Manager to their team. This role will work directly with senior finance leadership on accounts payable operations, process improvements, and month-end activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the accounts payable function and AP team
• Manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor relationships, and payment cycles
• Handle AP reconciliations and ensure timely month-end close support
• Assist with cash flow management and financial reporting
• Assist with annual audits and internal control initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
• 7-9+ years of accounts payable experience, including management experience
• Construction experience preferred

Compensation: $150K-$175K depending on experience
