From developing application pipelines to reagent validation and novel method development, we deliver uncompromising performance at every scale and modality.

As a key contributor to Identifyn 's Primary Antibody and Conjugates pipeline, you will validate novel primary antibodies and their conjugates through confocal microscopy as part of our R&D team, which requires both advanced knowledge of immunostaining and strong microscopy skills. This cross-functional role also involves supporting our Antibody Screening Pipelines in immunostaining and imaging. You will collaborate closely and communicate proactively across Identifyn 's scientific teams. In exchange, you'll join a vibrant research environment that supports your growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute routine immunostaining (ICC) on HeLa/HEK293 cells in support of Product Development,

Product Validation, and Screening Pipelines

· Acquire and analyze images using Confocal and AiryScan microscopy platforms, with proficiency in

ZEN and/or Fiji software

· Troubleshoot and optimize sample preparation and imaging conditions for confocal applications

· Collaborate closely with team members to assess and prioritize pipeline needs in a fast-moving

research environment

· Maintain rigorous, thorough documentation across all experimental workflows

· Demonstrate versatility by supporting adjacent functions including cell culture and molecular biology,

as operational needs evolve

· Adapt to rotating shifts/responsibilities as required

Education

Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of research experience in an academic or industry setting, or a PhD, in Biophysics, Cell Biology, or a related discipline.

Qualifications and skills required

  • Direct, hands-on experience with fluorescence microscopy with a strong grasp of optical and imaging principles
  • Demonstrated proficiency in immunostaining (ICC preferred) and imaging sample preparation, including troubleshooting
  • Experience with image analysis platforms such as Fiji or Zeiss ZEN software
  • Cell culture experience preferred
  • Genuine enthusiasm for learning and adopting emerging techniques and methodologies
