Freelance Videographer

Valence Growth Co. is seeking a freelance videographer to capture content for an upcoming restaurant soft opening event in Spring, TX.

We are looking for a local professional with experience filming restaurants, hospitality brands, food & beverage businesses, events, or local businesses. The primary objective is to capture high-quality visual content that can be repurposed into future social media and marketing materials.

This is not a heavily produced commercial shoot. We are focused on authentic, high-quality content that highlights the event experience, venue atmosphere, guests, food, beverages, and overall brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Arrive approximately 2 hours before the soft opening begins
• Remain onsite approximately 2 hours after guests arrive
• Capture event footage, venue details, food and beverage offerings, guest interactions, and overall atmosphere
• Capture content optimized for social media platforms
• Deliver organized, high-quality media files following the event

Deliverables

The selected videographer should be able to provide:

• 20–30 edited photos
• 10–15 high-quality vertical video clips suitable for social media use
• Content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and other vertical video platforms

Please note:

• Cinematic editing is not required
• Voiceovers are not required
• Extensive post-production is not required

The emphasis is on capturing clean, professional footage that can be repurposed into future social media content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience filming restaurants, hospitality brands, food & beverage businesses, events, or local businesses
• Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
• Ability to work independently during live events
• Professional communication and reliability
• Local to the Houston metropolitan area
