COMPANY DESCRIPTION: HMH provides a collaborative, comprehensive, and multi-discipline approach to the design process. EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 2-5 years

BASIC FUNCTION/PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Proposal & Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in assisting the Marketing Department on, proposal execution and business development initiatives while assisting with the day-to-day organization, coordination, and execution of various marketing campaigns across all disciplines.

Responsibilities Include

· Create proposals based on RFPs and RFQs criteria while coordinating and controlling the content, quality, and delivery of proposals

· Produce high quality proposals consistent with corporate branding rules and best practices

· Assist in initiating and driving improvement in the quality of proposal deliverables

· Assist in planning and organizing the activities of multi-disciplinary proposal teams

· Continually look for ways to improve existing proposal process, copy, and template

· Proposal deadlines will require some overtime

· Assist with CRM management (inputting, updating, and maintaining records)

· Assist with business development processes and corporate needs

· Track win rate and report metrics back to the Marketing Manager

· Collaborate across disciplines and teams to gather information necessary for proposals and other projects

· Performs other duties as may be assigned

Skill Set

· Strong writing skills – A/E/C experience preferred

· Heavy emphasis on collaboration, facilitation to obtain inputs from several people in a very dynamic environment while maintaining effective working relationships

· Be deadline driven and proactive on follow-up based on schedule milestones to meet proposal submittal deadline

· A can-do attitude, team-player, willing to learn/take initiative, a problem solver, and quick learner

· Always looking for ways to improve whether it’s skills, processes, or something else

· Organized and good at multi-tasking

· Comfortable working with various personality types while maintaining a professional demeanor

· Data-entry familiarity

· Graphic design proficiency (digital and print) and experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop)

Education/Certification Requirements

May hold an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; no degree required.

Salary Range: $28-$42/hr
