We're Hiring | Construction Project Manager – Part-Time | Tucson, AZ (On-Site)

Barrio Construction LLC is growing, and we're looking for a sharp, experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in a part-time, on-site capacity in Tucson, AZ.

We're a licensed general contractor specializing in urban infill, adaptive reuse, and design-build projects across Tucson. Our work is hands-on, fast-moving, and rooted in the community we're building in.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day field coordination across active construction projects
• Manage subcontractor scheduling, scopes, and on-site execution
• Track budgets, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
• Coordinate inspections and permit compliance with City of Tucson / Pima County
• Communicate directly with ownership and keep projects on schedule

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of construction project management experience (residential or commercial)
• Familiarity with Arizona ROC requirements and Tucson permitting processes
• Strong communication and field coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple scopes simultaneously
• Experience with JobTread, Procore, or similar PM platforms is a plus
• Must be local and available for on-site presence in Tucson
