1 year of experience in program or project management.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives or process development within a supply chain, operations, or engineering organization.
Experience in one of the following: supply chain management, demand planning, logistics, agreement manufacturing, or product quality.

Preferred qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $108000 - $153000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including metrics progress, meeting notes, meeting AIs, decision/escalation logs, newsletters, and websites.
Author stakeholder map that specifies who is impacted by, and who influences, program outcome in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
Triage technical bugs and feature requests alongside engineering stakeholders for purposes of prioritization, resourcing, and tracking execution.
Oversee and execute tasks to enable successful end-to-end ordering, planning, and optimization of the fleet's deployment actions, including troubleshooting issues, identifying risk areas, and driving resolution for successful outcomes.
Serve as a team point of contact for status and processes as related to order management functions.
