What You'll Do

The Production Associate

Sanitation plays a critical role in food safety, quality, and workplace cleanliness. This position supports a fast‑paced food manufacturing facility by performing daily, weekly, and scheduled sanitation activities in compliance with company, customer, and government standards. You’ll work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure equipment, plant areas, and processes meet GMP, SSOP, SQF, and HACCP requirements—helping keep the facility clean, safe, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Clean and sanitize production equipment and plant areas on set schedules
  • Perform CIP/COP cleaning on tanks, pipes, and equipment
  • Safely handle and document sanitation chemicals
  • Remove trash, debris, and address spills to maintain a safe workplace
  • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed)Complete sanitation logs and follow GMP, SSOP, HACCP, and safety standards
  • Work as part of a team that values safety, quality, and accountability

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma or equivalency required.
  • Food manufacturing or sanitation experience preferred (training available)
  • Knowledge of GMPs and HACCP a plus
  • Able to work independently and with a team
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication, organization, and basic math skills
  • Willing to work overnight, flexible shifts and overtime
  • Safety‑focused and able to follow all Quality and Safety policies
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and climbing
  • Ability to work safely in wet, dry, and hot production environments and operate pallet jacks/forklifts

The pay rate for this position is $27.29 per hour. This Overnight Shift Works from 9:00PM-5:30AM, Monday-Friday, with Overtime Available.
