Customer Service Rep/Inside Sales

We are growing rapidly and are looking to have an Inside Sales Leader join our team.

The Inside Sales Representative is the front line of our customer experience, answering inbound calls and emails, quoting prospective customers, and following up to win their business. We're looking for a sharp, growth-minded individual who is eager to learn and motivated to earn. This role comes with paid training on our CRM and call software, plus a generous performance-based bonus tied to sales and billing goals. Duties/Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Develop and expand an assigned book of business through relationship management and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Draft and send written quotes to prospective customers, and follow up to close the sale.
  • Communicate with confidence and purpose"every customer interaction is an opportunity to win business.
  • Take and enter orders accurately, including billing and delivery details.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
  • Collect and maintain accurate customer account information, including billing and payment details (e.g., credit card information).
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and a customer-first mindset.
  • Growth mindset"eager to learn new tools, processes, and sales techniques.
  • Comfortable working with computer software and willing to learn our CRM and call system (provided as paid training).

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service or phone sales experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Wage Range: 20.00 - 22.00 per hour
