Samples Cutter

STARK is seeking an experienced Samples Cutter for our Calhoun, GA location. The Sample Cutter is responsible for accurately cutting, preparing, and organizing product samples according to company specifications and customer requirements. This role ensures that all samples meet quality standards, are completed in a timely manner, and are ready for distribution to customers, sales representatives, and showrooms.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00pm-11:00PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Cut product samples according to specified dimensions and quality standards.
• Inspect materials for defects and ensure samples accurately represent the final product.
• Label, package, and prepare samples for shipment or distribution.
• Maintain inventory of sample materials and supplies.
• Operate cutting equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and customer requests.
• Assist with assembling sample boards, binders, and presentation materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate with production, sales, and customer service teams regarding sample requests and priorities.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Support other warehouse or production activities as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, labels, and product specifications.
• Basic math and computer skills for recordkeeping and labeling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Willingness to cross-train and support other areas as needed.
