Marketing Intern
NEON Rated
We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for Fall 2026 Marketing interns in NY
NEON internships are built around real work, the kind that actually appears in the world and moves the needle for films we believe in. For students looking to break into the industry, there's no better place to learn how independent film is marketed and positioned, build meaningful connections, and get mentored by people who genuinely love what they do.
This internship is part of NEON's Undergraduate Internship Program, which gives you more than a single-team experience. Beyond working closely with your Marketing colleagues, you'll take part in structured programming, get cross-functional exposure across the company, and go through professional development alongside a cohort of fellow interns.
What makes the NEON internship different
- Dive Deep — Get practical experience across film distribution, from marketing and publicity to acquisitions, digital distribution, and theatrical sales.
- Find Your Fit — We tailor your internship to your interests, placing you on projects that actually inspire you.
- Become Part of the Team — You'll work alongside industry veterans who are serious about mentoring the next generation.
What you'll gain: Hands-on industry experience, behind-the-scenes insight into how films are brought to audiences, professional connections that outlast the semester, and the confidence to take on whatever comes next.
