Seeking a professional admin with great phone skills, organization, data entry, and office support experience.

Full Charge Bookkeeper — Oklahoma City

Must have strong bookkeeping experience, advanced QuickBooks knowledge, chart of accounts, billing, invoicing, and reconciliation experience.

Requirements

Will be based on position

  • Previous office, clerical, administrative, or bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills required
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and basic office software
  • Good phone and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Must be able to follow instructions and work independently
  • Previous industrial, service, construction, manufacturing, or staffing office experience is a plus
  • Must be able to pass any required background check or drug screen, if applicable
