Job Description
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee and review project plans, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and manage inventory to support project progress.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports, including updates on timelines and budgets, to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support the team in resolving construction-related challenges effectively and efficiently.
