Supply Chain/Materials Specialist

We are seeking a Supply Chain/Materials Specialist for a great opportunity in Alabama. This role is responsible for managing material planning, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and supplier order management to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage material requirements planning (MRP), inventory levels, and production-related materials.

Coordinate purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and inbound materials.

Oversee warehouse operations, FIFO compliance, inventory accuracy, and logistics activities.

Monitor freight costs, shipping schedules, and finished goods transportation.

Maintain inventory reports, cycle counts, physical inventories, and material traceability.

Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and forwarding companies.

Supervise material handlers/feeders and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage customer consignment inventory and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency required.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in materials management, inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

SAP and production planning experience is a plus.

P assport valid for at least two years.

Position Details

Location: Alabama, USA

Full-Time - 40 hours per week

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday

This position will be filled under the guidelines of the TN visa supervised by experts.
