The Human Resources Director is part of the Leadership Team, manages a team of 5-7 and has oversight of standard generalist tasks, with a hands-on approach and in close collaboration with internal employees, field staff, operations, compliance and business development expansion. This role is an essential part of the contribution to the success of a strategic business plan. Duties include:

  • Creating processes and procedures to fit the organizations continued phases of growth
  • Acts as partner to leadership providing business analytics and KPIs and providing recommendations such as on budgeting and for planning
  • Oversight of the general areas of HR and staff including compliance, payroll, onboarding and training
  • Manage benefits package, vendors and compensation salaries with on-going headcount forecasts
  • Experience with an organization comprised of Multi location and entities across at least two states; knowledge of Florida and New York compliance and payroll ideal
  • Knowledge of workmans comp, terminations process, claims or investigations
  • Ensures training for supervisors in various areas such as employee performance reviews or discussions, and compliance safety awareness
  • Hands on recruitment to generate top talent matching head count additions to various units
  • Collaborates with supervisors on employee concerns, development and career retention
  • Provides an open door policy for on-site and field employees with an emphasis on Employee Engagement and Retention
  • Reviews contracts, vendors and involved in other business relationship selection processes
