Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for new client leads, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Proactively manage incoming referrals and leads by reaching out via phone, email, or text.

Call potential clients to introduce our services, answer initial questions, and schedule appointments.

Coordinate internally to ensure client needs are met and appointments are confirmed.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and scheduling in our CRM system.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.

Additional Responsibilities May Include

Assisting the Client Liaison team with client engagement and scheduling needs.

Client Engagement: Create patient experiences by anticipating needs and offering

personalized, white-glove service.

Warm Reception: Welcome clients with a warm smile and ensuring a seamless experience at check-in.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, call center, customer service, or patient scheduling.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to build rapport quickly and handle objections with professionalism.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics (conversion rates, appointment fulfillment, sales goals, etc.).

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Comfortable working with CRM systems, EMRs, or scheduling software.

Ability to manage multiple inbound/outbound leads, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Professional phone and email etiquette.

Previous experience in a medical practice, elective healthcare, or high-value service industry (vision correction, dental, cosmetic, etc.).

Familiarity with lead tracking, pipeline management, and sales reporting tools.

Goal-driven with a sales-minded approach to patient interactions.

Empathetic and patient-focused while maintaining conversion accountability.

Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable being measured by performance metrics.
