About This Team
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing specific programs and projects within the Strategic Fulfillment Programs portfolio. The primary focus of this work will be leading the implementation of significant infrastructure investments into our Ontario distribution center. Additionally, there will be potential opportunities to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and infrastructure improvements within our distribution center network.
The Program Manager will partner with Strategic Fulfillment Programs leadership to stand up and lead a program within the portfolio across several functions, including work to plan, design, and deliver against project deliverables and milestones.
a day in the life
- Manage large, high-complexity program or multiple concurrent projects within the Global Fulfillment portfolio
- Build detailed project plans and charters that include integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing
- Facilitate cross functional meetings to address issues and drive to program & project milestones
- Monitor program and project performance against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and other supporting metrics
- Provide line-of-sight to Programs and Functional Leadership to issues, risks, and required decisions across the program scope and component workstreams
- Maintain consolidated resource and timeline views across the program
- Sustain relationships with local DC Operations leadership
- Partner with the PMO to track program budget and change requests
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to best leverage resources and increase capital efficiency
- Follow lululemon project methodology and standards
Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field with a minimum of 4+ years in a program management role within supply chain or distribution
- Experience in leading physical infrastructure projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
- Strong critical thinking, logical structuring, attention to detail and excellent analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated executive-level presence with a proven ability to collaborate with and influence peers, colleagues, and leadership

- Excellent facilitation and issue resolution skills; ability to drive consensus
- Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines and budgets
- PMP certification is a plus, while proven experience in industry standard program and project management tools and processes is required

Compensation And Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $112,000 - $147,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
