We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Alternative Delivery Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects in the Water or Transportation sectors. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in design-build, CMAR, or P3 delivery models, and a proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and construction of water or transportation projects using alternative delivery methods.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality from preconstruction through closeout.
- Collaborate with clients, design teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and negotiate contracts, including teaming agreements and GMPs.
- Oversee risk management, change orders, and project controls.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior staff.
- Support business development efforts and proposal preparation for new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure project management, with at least 3 years in alternative delivery.
- PMP or PE certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of design-build, CMAR, and/or P3 delivery models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
