We are conducting a confidential executive search on behalf of a leading enterprise organization
headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This Director, Product Management role is a senior
leadership opportunity for a strategic product and delivery executive who is ready to define and drive the
IT product management function at scale.
This individual will lead manager-led teams, shape enterprise-wide product strategy, and serve as a key
bridge between technology capabilities and business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep
expertise in Agile delivery, stakeholder influence, and platform-level product thinking within complex,
mid-to-large enterprise environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product & Delivery Strategy
• Define and continuously evolve the enterprise IT product management and delivery strategy in
alignment with the organization's business objectives and IT strategy
• Ensure product direction, delivery practices, and quality standards operate as an integrated
system rather than isolated functions
• Translate business strategy into a coherent portfolio of product investments, delivery priorities, and
improvement initiatives
• Champion product thinking and Agile delivery excellence across the organization
Leadership of Manager-Led Teams
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of product and delivery managers across multiple domains and
platforms
• Build a high-performing team culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and continuous
learning• Oversee hiring, performance management, and organizational capacity planning across the
product management function
Enterprise Platform & Portfolio Management
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise IT products, platforms, and shared services with a focus on value
delivery and operational excellence
• Drive prioritization frameworks and investment decisions in partnership with senior stakeholders
and technology leadership
• Ensure product roadmaps are aligned to enterprise architecture strategy and business capability
needs
Stakeholder Engagement & Organizational Influence
• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to align product strategy with organizational
priorities
• Influence without authority across cross-functional teams and business units
• Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes clearly to executive leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, delivery leadership, or related IT
leadership roles
• Demonstrated success leading manager-level teams within mid-to-large enterprise environments
• Strong command of product management principles, Agile delivery methodologies, and quality
assurance practices
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change at scale
• Experience owning product portfolios or delivery organizations supporting enterprise platforms or
shared services
• Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
• Agile, product, or delivery certifications (e.g., SAFe, PMP, PSPO, or equivalent)
• Experience in staffing, technology services, or workforce solutions industries
• Familiarity with enterprise IT governance frameworks and platform product strategies
