The Role
As our U.S. Campaign Marketing Manager, you'll own the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, trial, and subscription growth among teachers, parents, and school leaders. You sit at the center of the U.S. marketing engine, connecting paid, content, community, and lifecycle into campaigns that are coherent, data-informed, and built to convert.
You think in full funnels. You use AI tools the way a surgeon uses instruments, precisely, purposefully, and always in service of a better outcome. You've built campaigns from brief to post-mortem and created playbooks that made the next campaign faster than the last.
This is a high-ownership role with real budget, real cross-functional scope, and a global content infrastructure behind you that most U.S. EdTech marketers never get access to.
What You'll Own
- Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution: You plan and run end-to-end campaigns across digital channels: paid social, email, content, partnerships, and events. You build campaigns that move educators and parents from first awareness to active subscription. You accelerate audience segmentation, brief development, creative iteration, and performance analysis. You don't launch and forget, you optimize in-flight and document what you learn.
- Campaign Messaging & Content: You develop campaign briefs and messaging frameworks that translate audience insights into creative that resonates with educators and parents. You pressure-test messaging, generate variants at scale, and adapt content efficiently across email, social, paid, and partner channels, without losing brand voice. You work closely with Twinkl's global and local creative, copy, and design teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Performance, Reporting & Playbook Building: You own your numbers. You set campaign goals, track performance across the funnel, report ROI to stakeholders, and use analytics tools to surface insights faster than a manual dashboard ever could. You build reusable campaign templates and playbooks that make every subsequent campaign smarter and more efficient.
- Partnerships & Channel Activations: You identify and manage partnership activations and advertising placements that extend Twinkl's reach into high-value educator and parent communities. You evaluate placement performance with rigor and reallocate budget based on data, not relationships.
- Event Marketing: You support Twinkl U.S.'s event presence through educator conferences, virtual webinars, and community activations to ensure each one ladders up to a campaign goal and has a clear conversion pathway before, during, and after.
- Post-Event Lead Nurturing: You partner with customer and community marketing to turn event interest into active users, designing follow-up sequences and conversion plays informed by behavioral data and segmentation.
- Budget Management: You allocate and manage campaign budgets strategically to maximise impact per dollar and flagging tradeoffs clearly.
- Global Collaboration: You work closely with Twinkl's international marketing, content, and creative teams to localize campaigns, adapt global assets for the U.S. market, and ensure brand alignment across every activation.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who can say yes to most of these, not someone who checks every box perfectly.
- You have 3+ years running B2C campaign marketing. EdTech, or subscription B2C SaaS experience strongly preferred
- You've owned integrated campaigns end-to-end. Brief through post-mortem, and you have the performance data to show what they delivered
- You actively use smart tools in your campaign workflow today for segmentation, creative testing, copy generation, reporting, or workflow automation and you can speak specifically to how and where
- You're fluent in campaign analytics and attribution tools (GA4, HubSpot, or equivalent) and you make decisions based on data, not instinct alone
- You've managed budgets and made real tradeoff decisions about where to spend and where to cut
- You can write a tight campaign brief, a compelling email subject line, and a clear stakeholder update and they all sound like the same person wrote them
- You've led cross-functional work without direct authority and know how to build alignment without burning relationships
- You have genuine curiosity about AI's role in marketing, not just as a tool you use, but as a shift you're actively tracking and thinking about
- You care about education and understand why the mission behind the marketing matters for how you do the work
Why This Role, Why Twinkl U.S.
- You'll own campaigns with real scope and real budget from day one, not manage a slice of someone else's strategy
- You'll build the campaign playbook for a market that's still early, what you create here will define how Twinkl U.S. markets for years
- You'll have access to Twinkl's global marketing infrastructure: creative, content, data, and technology resources that most U.S. EdTech teams spend years trying to build
- You'll work on a lean, high-trust U.S. team where your judgment is respected and your impact is visible
- Fully remote with a culture that measures output, not hours
- The mission is real. Twinkl exists to help teachers do their best work, and every campaign you run serves that
