Materials Coordinator
The Seven Challenges
The Materials Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to fulfill and ship all materials orders for The Seven Challenges, create invoices in QuickBooks, and manage inventory. This is a flexible, hybrid, part-time role. The Materials Coordinator must be in-person in The Seven Challenges office (located in Tucson, Arizona) for certain tasks, but other responsibilities can be done remotely.

Responsibilities
- Review and approve materials orders.
- Pack materials orders. (Requires lifting and moving boxes up to 35 lbs.)
- Coordinate picking up boxes for shipment with FedEx.
- Create invoices in QuickBooks and send them to customers.
- Help customers place orders, process returns and solve any problems with damaged or missing materials.
- Coordinate with the Director of Program Services as needed on customer status and needs.
- Manage inventory, including coordinating with the Executive Director to print more materials and taking physical inventory three times a year.
- Arrange delivery of new materials from local printer and verify new materials received are correct.
- Manage shipping supplies (boxes, tape, etc.).
- Check all mail and scan important documents to the Executive Director.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Curious and willing to adjust and develop new processes when required.
- Excellent communication skills both with customers and internal team members.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or the ability to learn software programs.
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 35 lbs.
