Prestige Company is seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Estimator / Sales Professional with proven experience in commercial and industrial concrete construction.
We are looking for someone already established in the industry who understands estimating, bidding, client relationships, and project sales. This is not an entry-level or training position.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience estimating and selling commercial concrete projects including:
- Structural concrete
- Flatwork
- Foundations
- Sidewalks & curbs
- ADA improvements
- Parking lots
- Industrial concrete scopes
- Site concrete packages
This position requires someone who can build relationships, generate leads, review plans, prepare estimates, and help close projects.
Responsibilities
- Review plans and specifications
- Prepare accurate takeoffs and estimates
- Submit bids and proposals
- Develop and maintain GC, developer, and property management relationships
- Attend job walks and project meetings
- Follow up on proposals and close contracts
- Coordinate with operations and project management teams
- Identify new commercial and industrial opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in commercial concrete estimating and/or sales
- Experience with commercial or industrial construction projects
- Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
- Experience with takeoff software preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Existing industry relationships are a plus
- Self-motivated and results-driven

- PlanSwift or On-Screen Takeoff
- Commercial bidding platforms
- Public works or private commercial projects
- Concrete or paving industry background
