Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to serve as Associate Head Cross Country Coach and Assistant Track & Field Coach. This position will support all aspects of a competitive cross country and track & field program, with a primary emphasis on distance athletes.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing practices for cross country and distance track events
- Recruit and retain qualified student-athletes
- Support meet preparation, travel coordination, and program operations
- Monitor student-athlete academic progress and well-being
- Assist with fundraising, alumni engagement, and community outreach
- Ensure compliance with institutional and governing body rules
