Senior Project Manager & Facilitator

SWAP Integration

Stay in the Industry You Love. Leave the Fire Drills Behind.

You’ve spent years building experience, leading teams, solving problems, and delivering projects. You enjoy working with people, bringing order to complexity, and helping teams succeed. But maybe you’re no longer looking for 50-hour weeks, late-night deadlines, production work, or a role that follows you home every evening.

At SWAP Integration, we believe experienced professionals shouldn’t have to choose between meaningful work and a fulfilling personal life.

We’re looking for a seasoned project management professional who wants to remain actively engaged in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry while enjoying greater flexibility, predictable hours, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on projects across the country.

This is not a production role. You won’t spend your days drafting, chasing submittals, responding to RFIs, or working weekends to hit a deadline. Instead, you’ll help project teams align around priorities, manage commitments, facilitate conversations, identify risks, and keep projects moving forward.

This is not an entry-level project management position. We are seeking an industry veteran who can confidently facilitate meetings, engage diverse personalities, earn trust quickly, and eventually represent SWAP independently with clients.

Whether you’re a parent seeking more balance, a professional looking for a different challenge, or someone who wants to remain engaged in the industry without immediately jumping back into a traditional full-time role, this position offers meaningful work today with the potential for expanded responsibility and full-time growth in the future.

If you’re looking for meaningful work, a flexible schedule, and a chance to help shape how project teams collaborate, we’d love to meet you.

About SWAP Integration.

SWAP Integration is a nationally recognized woman-owned consulting firm specializing in design-phase planning, facilitation, scheduling, and project management.
