About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and energetic Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique, hybrid role where you won't be stuck behind a desk all day. You will be the vital link between our office, our clients, and our active jobsites. We are looking for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up, with the ultimate goal of taking on project estimates and operational leadership in the future.
What You Will Do
● Visit active jobsites to check on progress, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure quality standards are met.
● Run local errands to source materials, deliver documents, or support the field crew.
● Meet with clients to provide updates, answer basic questions, and deliver excellent customer service.
● Capture high-quality photos and videos of our projects for use on our social media platforms.
● Represent the company at local networking events and community meetings.
● Shadow our team to learn the ins and outs of the business, eventually transitioning into handling project estimates.
Requirements & What We Are Looking For
● Age Requirement: Must be 21+ years old.
● Previous Painting Experience: Must have 3+ years of experience
● Driving Credentials: A valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation are mandatory.
● Customer Experience: Proven experience with face-to-face customer service.
● Work Ethic: A reliable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
● Communication: Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
● Media Skills: A basic eye for taking good photos/videos on a smartphone.
● Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn technical skills, numbers, and the estimating process.
● Must be able to successfully pass a standard background check prior to employment.
