- Marketing & Community Intern (Unpaid + Future Revenue Sharing)IntroductionLee Web and Media Studio is an early-stage startup focused on neurodiversity and special education technology.About UsLee Web and Media Studio is a California-based early-stage startup exploring how technology can better support neurodiverse individuals, families, educators, therapists, and special education providers.We are currently conducting user research across the U.S. and building user-centered digital solutions for the neurodiversity and special education community.Our team includes members from psychology, AI, software engineering, design, marketing, and user research backgrounds who are passionate about creating meaningful social impact.Job Requirement We are seeking a Marketing & Community Intern to help us grow our community, recruit user research participants, and build relationships within the U.S. market.This position is currently unpaid. Team members are eligible for revenue-sharing opportunities based on project contributions and company growth.Responsibilities:
- Community outreach and engagement
- User research participant recruitment
- Cold email and partnership outreach
- Social media and content support
- Market research and competitor analysis
- Helping us better understand U.S. users and local communitiesRequirements:
- Must be currently based in the United States
- Strong understanding of U.S. culture, communities, and user behavior
- Comfortable with outreach, networking, and communicating with new people
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Interest in startups, healthcare, education, psychology, or social impactPreferred:
- California-based candidates
- Experience living, studying, or working in California
- Previous experience in marketing, community building, outreach, special education, healthcare, or related fieldsCompensation:
