Base salary of $62,100

Salary of $76,018 with 1+ years of previous service

Guaranteed 3.5% raises in 2027 and 2028

1 year of service for laterals = 1 week of vacation

2 years = 2 weeks

3 years = 3 weeks

Max vacation = 6 weeks (42 days)

Specialty pay = $1,000 to $6,200 annually. Specialties include K-9, Evidence Technician, Field Training Officer, Spanish Speaker, Voice Stress Analyst, Crash Investigator,

Certified Breath Test Operator, Detective, Patrol Sergeant, Honor Guard, Certified Instructor, SWAT, Civil Unrest Team. ALL IN HOUSE.
