Scope: Freelance, 40 hours per week
Location: Framingham, MA
Hybrid Schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote
Duration: Through end of year with strong likelihood of extension
Pay Range: $45-$53 per hour (W2)
Our client, the PR and Social team of a major retail company, is looking to bring on two Freelance Social Content Creators to support a surge in social content production. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on short-form video and always-on content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
You will execute against established briefs while also bringing fresh ideas, identifying trends, and helping evolve the brand's B2B storytelling on social. This organization is building their social creative team and you would have the opportunity to really make this your own and change this company's social game!
What You Will Do
- Create platform-native content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
- Produce a mix of short-form video and static creative assets
- Execute against internal briefs while contributing new ideas and optimizations
- Spot and act on trending and reactive content opportunities in real time
- Support both always-on (BAU) and campaign-driven social workstreams
- Ensure all content aligns with platform best practices and audience expectations
- Collaborate closely with social, PR/influencer, and broader creative teams
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in social content creation and design
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both video and static work
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or similar
- Deep understanding of platform nuances, formats, and emerging trends
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have: Experience working with B2B brands or in a corporate social environment
