Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and personal assistance to Executives
- Calendar management, scheduling, itinerary coordination
- Travel coordination and arrangements
- Prioritizing and managing changing schedules efficiently
- Assisting in special projects, including planning events and engagements
- Editing and proofreading documents in MS Word
Requirements
- BS/BA degree preferred
- 3 years’ experience providing personal and executive administrative support of senior leadership
- Calendar management experience, proficient in MS Outlook
- International Travel arrangement experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
