Location: CrossFit Kivnon, La Mesa, CA

Schedule: Mondays 9:00 AM, 12:00 PM (Noon), 4:30 PM, and 5:30 PM, Wednesday, Thursday, and Fridays 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM (Noon)

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable CrossFit Coach but more importantly, we're looking for a coach who cares. This role is not about what you can do as an athlete but more about what you can do for our community. If this sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Coach CrossFit classes with enthusiasm, professionalism, attention to detail, and an eye for helping members with their movements
• Provide scaling options and individualized feedback for athletes of all fitness levels
• Ensure a safe, welcoming, and all-inclusive training environment
• Build strong relationships with members and foster community engagement
• Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to lead each class

Qualifications

• Active CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) or higher (required)
• Previous coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping others succeed
