Full-time position with travel to project sites across the Gulf Coast (TX, LA, MS, AL, FL). Schedule includes per diem and rotations, with time home approximately every 6 weeks

What you will do

  • Help lead projects from estimate to closeout
  • Coordinate budgets, schedules, and field teams
  • Work directly with clients and leadership
  • Drive change orders, cost tracking, and execution

What you bring

  • 5+ years construction experience
  • Strong field and project coordination background
  • Construction Management degree or similar preferred but not required
