Production Manager

Role Overview

We're looking for a seasoned, highly skilled Production Manager to lead the end-to-end production of events, brand activations, and creative projects. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can own a production from concept to wrap, manage a team, and deliver flawlessly under pressure. You don't just coordinate — you lead, problem-solve in real time, and set the standard for how things get done.

Responsibilities

• Own the full production lifecycle of events and brand activations — from brief to execution to recap

• Independently execute events from start to finish, owning every detail on and off site

• Lead and mentor junior production staff, delegating effectively while maintaining quality control

• Build and manage detailed production timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documents

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee all production logistics

• Serve as the primary on-site lead for all major events, ensuring seamless execution

• Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to align on client vision

• Oversee post-event reporting, asset collection, and client recaps

• Identify process improvements and implement production best practices agency-wide

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, or a related field

• Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder productions

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and real-time problem-solving skills

• Strong budget management and vendor negotiation experience

• Proficiency in Canva and Monday.com; familiarity with additional project management tools a plus

• Miami-based and available for local and travel-based events

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time, in-office position based in Miami, FL

• Office hours are 10AM–6PM; events frequently require extended hours

• Weekend and holiday availability is required, as events are not limited to weekdays
