QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or possession of a General Education Development Certificate (GED); and, four (4) years of experience relevant to the essential tasks listed in this job description; including, one (1) year of experience working in a customer service environment and one (1) year of experience handling confidential or complex information, or experience relevant to the essential tasks listed in this job description.
HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
