As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Empathy Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Corinna Espino in her mission to lead Empathy in Action Consulting towards its goals. You will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization. This position is up to 20 hours/month. Work hours are flexible (to be determined with Chief Empathy Officer) and mostly remote with some in-person responsibilities, as needed.

1. Calendar Management: Proactively manage and prioritize the Chief Empathy Officer's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events to optimize her time and commitments.

2. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the Chief Empathy Officer, including screening and responding to emails, phone calls, and other inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.

3. Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips, ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements.

4. Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings, and coordinate logistics to facilitate productive discussions and decision-making processes.

5. Documentation and Filing: Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation, including confidential information, in both digital and physical formats, ensuring accessibility and organization.

6. Project Assistance: Provide support for special projects and initiatives led by the Chief Empathy Officer, including research, data analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members, serving as a liaison between the Chief Empathy Officer and various stakeholders.

8. Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as expense reporting, office supply management, and other ad hoc duties to support the smooth functioning of the organization.

9. Personal Assistance: Provide logistical support for personal travel, purchases, and record keeping.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and professionalism.

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software applications.

-Proficiency in ClickUp and/or other task management software applications.

- High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

- Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience ($30-$35/hr)
