Sales Support – Sales Department
Location: Yakima, WA (In office only)
CMI, a leading grower and shipper of premium fruit, is seeking a motivated Sales Support professional to join our sales team in Wenatchee, Washington. This role is well suited for individuals looking to build a career within a dynamic sales organization and gain exposure to customer accounts, order management, and cross-functional coordination.
The Sales Support position will assist the sales team in the daily management of customer accounts while developing a strong understanding of the business, systems, and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with clerical management of customer accounts
- Order entry and ongoing order management
- Truck dispatch coordination
- Documentation and invoicing support
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to work independently when required
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
