Founded in 2014, GOAI is a collaborative studio of architects and design professionals delivering what we call Fabled Service — thoughtful, innovative solutions rooted in partnership and purpose. With more than 30 years of combined experience, our award-winning leadership team brings deep expertise in K-12, Higher Education, Civic, and Private sector projects throughout California.

We are seeking a talented design professional who is ready to contribute, collaborate, and make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on, design-forward role where you will:

• Contribute to schematic design and concept development
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, and technical requirements
• Research and develop creative solutions that balance design vision with real-world constraints
• Support projects across multiple sectors, with a strong emphasis on educational environments
• You’ll be part of a collaborative, agile team where initiative is valued and good ideas are heard.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and SketchUp
• Experience with architectural drafting and construction documentation
• Understanding of applicable codes and industry standards
• Strong coordination and client communication skills
• Ability to balance creativity with practical problem-solving
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Previous experience working on educational projects is preferred
• Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about thoughtful design and delivering meaningful client experiences.
