Digital Project Manager

Our well known footwear client is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their team! This is a 40 hr/week, 6 month role, hybrid in Broomfield, CO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Lead the coordination and successful execution of assigned technical projects across digital websites and platforms.

- Partner with Program Management, Product Owners, and Engineering Leads to ensure backlogs are prioritized, refined, and ready for execution.

- Maintain strong Jira hygiene by ensuring tickets are clearly defined, properly prioritized, accurately tracked, and updated throughout the sprint lifecycle.

- Drive clear and timely communication across Digital Product Management, eCommerce teams, IT, finance, legal, QA, and other cross-functional partners.

- Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery health, using agile metrics and reporting to improve planning and execution.

- Create and maintain accurate project documentation in Confluence, including notes, decisions, risks, and action items.

- Partner with QA, Program Management, and DevOps teams to support release readiness, testing coordination, and high-quality delivery.

- Troubleshoot production issues, drive informed decision-making, and serve as a go-to resource for status, next steps, and delivery needs.

Job Requirements and Skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- 3+ years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or technical project management role supporting digital product and engineering teams.

- Deep experience using Jira and Confluence to manage ticket workflows, track sprint progress, and maintain transparent delivery reporting.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification preferred.

- Hands-on experience managing digital initiatives such as eCommerce websites, mobile apps, and platform integrations.

- Understanding of eCommerce architecture and familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud; experience with CMS, headless strategies, or analytics/tagging tools is a plus.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to developers, architects, business owners, and leadership.

- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and compressed timelines in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrated ownership, problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and change.
