Supportsoft Technologies is looking for a passionate and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team.

Location: Jaipur (On-site)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Industry Preference: IT / Software Recruitment

Salary: As per industry standards

1–2 years of HR experience

Strong IT recruitment knowledge

Payroll and salary processing experience

Employee onboarding & documentation

Attendance and leave management

Good understanding of HR operations

Excellent English communication skills

Knowledge of HR policies and employee relations

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

• Handle employee onboarding and HR documentation

• Process payroll and maintain HR records

• Support employee engagement and relations

• Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations
