Social Media Manager

Jupiter, FL | Full-Time | $50,000-$60,000 + Performance Bonuses

I'm Seth Mansfield, a luxury real estate agent at Douglas Elliman specializing in Jupiter and the Palm Beaches. I'm building a personal brand and real estate business designed to be the most recognized name in luxury property in South Florida and beyond. To do that, I need someone who can help me own the internet.

This is not a corporate social media job. No committee, no approval chain, no playing it safe. This is a front-row seat to building a luxury brand from the ground up with real creative authority and real skin in the game.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Two pieces of short-form content every day across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Some days that means filming with me at a waterfront listing. Some days it means turning existing footage into something people stop scrolling for. We build the content calendar together weekly. You own the execution.

• Shoot, edit, and publish daily short-form content

• Manage and grow presence across all platforms (Instagram primary)

• Repurpose existing footage, photography, and listing assets

• Track performance and bring ideas that move the numbers

WHO YOU ARE

You consume content obsessively and know what works. You are organized enough to hit a daily publishing cadence and creative enough to keep it fresh. You learn fast, take direction well, and bring your own ideas. Professional camera equipment and a drone pilot license is a bonus, but not required. A great eye and a strong phone is where we start.

• Comfortable on set, behind the camera, and in the edit

• Hungry to grow alongside a business that is moving fast

Experience in real estate or luxury brands is not required. The right attitude and a portfolio that proves you can create content that stops the scroll is what matters.

COMPENSATION

$50,000-$60,000 base salary plus performance bonuses tied to audience growth, engagement, and lead conversions. With great, consistent execution, the bonuses should eventually outperform the base salary.
