We are looking for a Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to support children at one location near the Medical District. This is a great opportunity for an OT who wants meaningful pediatric work with the flexibility of a part-time schedule and the added convenience of seeing patients in one centralized location.

What You’ll Do
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will:
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs, goals, and family priorities
Provide direct occupational therapy services in a home-based setting
Support skill development related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, play, self-care, daily routines, and functional independence
Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to support meaningful outcomes
Recommend adaptive equipment and train families on proper use and integration into daily routines
Partner closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals and strategies at home
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, child-centered care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
Active Occupational Therapy license, OT/L, in Texas
One year of allied health experience preferred
Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Home health experience is a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with children and families
A compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented approach to care
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with positioning, transfers, and therapeutic activities as needed
