Residence Manager

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with procurement and facility teams to ensure that units are ready for leasing, identify and intake tenant candidates from various referral streams including CAPS, complete HPD subsidy applications, annual leases, recertifications and financial documents required by funders.
  • Collect rents and maintain residential charts and ledgers.
  • Conduct monthly apartment inspections and ensure repair and maintenance of building equipment, assist director with administrative duties.
  • Manage front desk support staff. Submit all required narrative and statistical reports, perform program administrative functions and other related duties as assigned.
  • Provide emergency first aid/CPR assistance when needed.
  • All duties are split between 2 buildings.

HOURS

Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Monday-Friday 9:30am-6pm

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA in related field preferred. HS diploma and two (2) years administrative experience required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with the mental ill and population at risk. Knowledge of tenant Pro.
  • CPR training certification or willingness to take training class in CPR.

Compensation: $27.16 / hour
